Using Kutano and Twitter for Business

According to research recently conducted by O2, "almost one in five small businesses are now tweeting regularly". While some of the brands that are representing on Twitter are big names like Starbucks, JetBlue and Honda, Twitter has also proven just as valuable, if not more so, for smaller sized businesses and professionals as well as discussed in a great article in article base.
